Christmas

I struggled with this challenge as Penny Black do some many gorgeous images, but I decided to try and make a card without any stamped images…it was really hard !

I decided to use their Tiny Tree die which is a fab little die.

I used Simon’s Navy card stock for the whole card along with their Wonky Rectangle dies (all supplies are listed below) and for the background I used Simons Diagonal Stripes Background stamp along with their Gold embossing powder.

I die cut the tree from some Gold card and used my Ranger Multi Medium Matte to adhere it too the card.

The banner sentiment is from Clearly Besotted and I used the co-dinating die for that. To finish off I used some Honey Bee Sequins.

I kept the card as flat as possible for mailing and this design would be easy to create in bulk.

So now it’s YOUR turn.  Happy Crafting

Tracy, the embossing on your background is so perfect I originally thought you had used a die of some kind until I read your post. What a gorgeous card. I love the blue and gold together and your layout. You’ve proven that CAS can make wonderful cards.

Thanks so much Steph mwah ❤️

What a beautiful, elegant card, Tracy! I really love the striped background–adding that stamp to my wishlist! Penny Black was one of the first companies I discovered nearly 20 years ago, so I have no shortage of their stamps which I still love to this day!
