Honey Bee Stamps | Water stamping with Distress Oxide Inks.

Hey guys, It is Saturday which means Honey Bee Stamps Day.

For this weeks video I have revisited an old technique of Water Stamping.

This is an easy technique that varies so much depending on how much water you use, what colours of ink and also how much you ink the paper.

I hope you enjoyed the video, As you saw in the video you can also add Mica/Perfect Pearls to the water for some added shimmer. It was very hard to show on camera the shimmer but its very pretty in RL.

This is also a technique that you can easily bulk create lots of panels and die cut, or use as I have on the card above.

I was very impressed with how this turned out with the Oxide Inks and would certainly use them again in this way, especially with the stronger colours such as the card below.

Thank you so much for stopping by today, I hope I have inspired you and don’t forget if you try this technique to share with me what you created as I do love seeing your projects.

Happy Crafting.

These are absolutely gorgeous cards !

Thank you so much ❤️

I have yet to be successful with water stamping, but I absolutely love your cards, Tracy! Now I’m going to have to try again–maybe open my 3 DO ink pads!

Yay I can’t wait to see what you create, I’ve found trick is to leave the paper on the Stamp for a while and take the paper to the stamp x
