wed-newchallenge-header

Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge

Thank you for joining us for the Gift Tag Challenge and we hope you will all join us again this week too.

This week the challenge is

Snow White

Lots of options here, you could add snow to your project or use a lot of white on your creation. We will be looking forward to seeing how you interpret this theme!

We are showcasing Reverse Confetti Products this week. You don’t have to use them to join in but if you have them we would love to see them used.

As always Simon Says Stamp will be giving away $50 voucher to shop at the fabulous Simon Says Stamp Store

I love Reverse Confetti so was so happy to see we would be working with their products for this weeks challenge.

I was going to with a mainly white card but decided to switch the theme up a bit and add snow to my project.

I used the super cute Merry Christmoose stamp set (supplies are listed below) and did some loose-ish water colouring.

Once he was totally dry I took some acrylic paint and added “snow” to the trees and sign, I then watered the paint down slightly and flicked it across the piece (I masked the moose off so he didn’t get covered in it).

When that had all dried I used one of Studio Katias Dotted rectangle dies to die cut the piece out.

For the card base I used some neenah to create an A2 card and I adhered some Reverse Confetti paper to it.

I popped some foam behind the watercolored piece and adhered it to the base. I kept the card simple as i wanted the coloured piece to be the main focus.

So now it’s YOUR turn to take out your crafty supplies and join in!
