Simon Says Stamp Encouraging Words Release

Hey lovelies, it is that time again…time for a new Simon Says Stamp Release and its another goodie.

I don’t have children so when companies do school themed releases I have to admit I tend to stay clear and I was slightly worried when I saw some of the sneak peeks of this release, but then I got my parcel in the mail and i instantly got tons of ideas and was so happy to see that they have created a release with school/children themed products, but most of the release could easily be used for other things.

The first thing I had to do was play with the Space Journey Die set

I just had to create a galaxy themed card and decided to create a spinner card. I die cut the elements from Neenah and coloured them using Spectrum Noir Illustrator Markers.

The Galaxy I created using Spectrum Aqua Markers and die cut the piece out using Simon’s Wonky Rectangle die.

A super fun card to create and I love that there is all the little elements separate so you don’t have to have the planets with the rings etc, it really makes it more versatile.

For my second card I used The Thank You Teacher Set.

This set has some lovely sentiments…again not just for teachers. I used an old Simple Stories pad to create the background and decided rather than doing my using stamping a sentiment into a rectangle that I would go for something a little bit different.

I finished the piece off with some Nuvo Jewel Drops….how awesome is that sentiment !

So there you are a little taster of this release. What is your favourite from this release ?

All the products are linked throughout this post 🙂

I hope you have an awesome day and happy shopping !

  1. Gorgeous sky & your teacher card is beautiful, Tracy! My favorite, hands down, is the Carolyn stencil–can’t stop staring at it!
