A very big thank you to Michelle from Casual Friday for sending the team some stamps to use for this challenge
I used the really pretty Snowflake Splendour set from CAS-ual Friday for my cards this week and decided to have a little play around. I was having a sort through a drawer the other day and found my Twinkling H20 paints and decided to use them for these cards.
I stamped and heat embossed different elements from the stamp set onto some Canson Watercolour card. I took a large brush and added some clean water to each piece and then went over that with one of the Twinkling h20’s in blue. I did learn that they WILL stain your embossing and they also did something funky to the gold piece.
I was going to bin this, but after a while I decided I actually quite liked it.
I took the gold H20 and added some splatter to the gold piece and did the same but with silver on the white embossed panel.
Once they were dry I used Simon’s Wonky Stitched Rectangle set and die cut the pieces out and adhered them to some top folding note cards that were slightly smaller than A2.
So now it’s YOUR turn.
