Hello and welcome to our Fall + Winter 2017 Release Blog Hop. You should have arrived here from Natalia  blog and your next stop on the hop is the fantastic Svitlana.

For my card for the hop I couldn’t resist the beautiful Merry Poinsettia stamp set and the really pretty Dotted Patterns Fancy Square die set.

I stamped and heat embossed the flowers and sentiment onto some Canson water colour card stock and decided to use my Spectrum Noir Clear Sparkle pen with Mijello Missiongold Watercolours. I love using the sparkle pen instead of water as it gives such gorgeous shimmer to the whole project.

Whilst that was drying I used the frame from the Dotted Patterns Fancy Square set and die cut it using some Gina K card stock.

I created a top folding card base and adhered the watercolored piece to it and then popped some foam tape under the die cut frame for dimension and adhered that to the card.

You know me I just couldn’t resist adding some embellishments (hey at least it wasn’t sequins 🙂 ) I wanted something quite subtle so I used some of Studio Katia’s Sparkling Crystals.

  44. I absolutely adore that stamp set & the gorgeous frame–so glad that’s what you used for the hop, Tracy! I don’t have any SK products, but am putting these on a wishlist just in case I get lucky! Thanks for the beautiful inspiration–love the sparkly watercolor which I need to remember to do more often!
