Before I get onto my card I am really sad that this will be my last week as Guest Designer, it been amazing to be part of the team for a month, and also for that month to be STAMPtember made it even better, I really have loved every minute of it and cannot thank everyone for having me.
For my card I have used the Hipster 1 die set from Spellbinders, I am a HUGE coffee nut so it just had to be this set for me as it contains a fab coffee cup in the Starbucks style, it even comes complete with a little die so you can create the wraps that put round them !
This was another total non planned and just sat down and see what happened card….seem to do them a lot lately. I decided to create a shaker using the die cut cups.
The sentiment is just perfect and is from the Choose Happy Stamp set by Simon Says Stamp (all supplies are listed and linked below). Sadly the papers I used are no longer available ! Although I am going to try and hunt some down because I LOVE this pad.
If you want to see how I created the card in more detail then check out the video below.
I hope you enjoyed the video, as you can see the dies are lots of fun to work with and I think they have become a firm favorite with me already !
I wanted to show a bit closer of the detail I added with the pens and Distress ink and also the embossing detail from the dies. If I had planned it better then I would got some coffee beans and added them to the shaker but we only have ground !
I also wanted to show that you don’t just have to use Sequins or beads in a shaker card and I am really pleased with how it turned out.

As you know I am VERY lucky to be guest designer for the whole month of STAMPtember.
I am getting sad that my month is nearly up !
For my card for the challengeI have created a trifold card that has two simple Vellum Gift card holders. I have used the Hot Stuff stamp set for this….you guys know I love this set.
I wanted to create a new baby card, but I wanted to add two gift card holders..one for baby and one for parents.
And here is a video showing how I created the card.
I hope you enjoyed the video, it was so much fun creating it and really wanted to show that you can create something like this quickly and with no fuss…it doesn’t always have to be tricky !
Now for the Vellum Envelopes the pieces of Vellum are cut to –
4.1/8″ x 2.1/4″ and then scored at 1cm on each side and the bottom, I thought I had included this in my video but obviously didnt.
Also my auto focus was apparently having the day off ! So the Spectrum Noir Colours used are-
For the dragons- BT9,IB3, IB2, IB1, FS8, FS6 & FS2
For the egg- TN1, TN2,GB1,GB2 & Blender
For the ground & shading- EB1,EB2,BGR1,BGR2 & Blender.

You’re so Lovely- Hero Arts

I hope you all had a nice weekend ? lots of crafting here with some family time so it was a great weekend for me.
Just wanted to share with you a video where I made the below cards using Hero Arts “You’re so lovely” stamp set, along with some Shadow Inks. I also show a super simple way to create a focal point for your sentiment.

Concord & 9th- I think you’re delightful

Hey guys.  I hope you are all having a good week ?
We have finally got all things electrical wise sorted so I am back to posting videos !!
For those who haven’t check out my YouTube channel it can be found by clicking here or the link in the sidebar.
It is a new channel with only a couple of videos, but now that I can edit videos again I have lots planned for it….if there is anything you would like to see a video on, then let me know 🙂
I have after a long wait finally got my hands on a couple of Concord & 9th Stamp sets that I have been itching to get hold of, but there in the UK they kept selling out !
One of them is called Brushed Blossoms
Brushed Blossom
I fell in love with this set because it has so much in it ! It is a layering stamp set, but as I have shown below you don’t have to use it that way. I also love the brush font sentiments, and that a couple are something a bit different.
I also managed to get hold of the Stripe Builder Set.
Stripe Builder
Which after using I am SO pleased I got hold of it, tons of potential with this set.
This month is Concord & 9th’s 1st Birthday and they have had a ton of guests helping them celebrate….click here for their blog
They are also giving away $20 gift cards and sharing tons of inspiration.
If you are on Instagram and search the above hashtag you will see some amazing projects, all using Concord & 9th’s products.
I also just wanted to wish Greg & Angie a very happy birthday and know there will be lots more to come.
For my card I decided to use just the base layer of the flower stamp in Brushed Blossoms, alone with my Spectrum Aqua Markers to create some dimensional stamping.
In the video below I show how I achieved the effect and made the overall card.
Enjoy 🙂
I hope you enjoyed the video. I have included the supplies list here on my below, as well as on the description on YouTube.
The sequins I have used are no longer available, but I have linked to some alternatives from Pretty Pink Posh.
Thank you so much for stopping by today, If you have not checked out Concord & 9th then I highly encourage you to do so as they really are brilliant stamps & dies.
I hope you all have an amazing day.
Happy Crafting
